Luloon Designs is a balloon decor company based in La Puente, CA. We proudly serve Los Angeles County, Orange County and surrounding areas.
We are passionate about creating unique balloon designs that are sure to bring a smile to anyone’s face. Whether you’re planning a wedding, birthday celebration, or corporate event, we’ll work with you to create a unique design that will wow your guests.
Our lead artist, Natassja, is a member and Certified Balloon Artist (CBA) of the Qualatex Balloon Network (QBN).
She is trained to create stunning balloon designs for all occasions. From small designs to large installations, we've got you covered.
In 2022, she was awarded a "FLOATee" award by her peers in the ballon industy at the FLOAT Convention for Excellence in Event Decor - Pandemic Project. The winning design was one our entries for the One Million Bubbles Project.
