Our Story
Our story began in June of 2020, during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic. Owner-operator, Natassja Cabral, found herself looking for alternative ways to help her roommate celebrate their 30th birthday. After stumbling upon countless photos of gorgeous balloon installations on social media, she decided to try draping a stairway in her home with a balloon garland. Equipped with a kit purchased online, and a plethora of YouTube videos, she thought to herself:
"How difficult could it be?"
Spoiler alert - it was extremely difficult.
Despite the hours and frustration spent on creating that first balloon garland, the creative flame had been lit. Natassja launched Happy Whatever Creations out of her La Puente, CA home, and rebranded as Luloon Designs in early 2021.

Although our company story is still in its early chapters, we have gained a loyal client base in Los Angeles county.
